Hot Dip Galvanized GI Steel Coil Introduction

Hot dip galvanized coil with the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it is produced through applying the zinc coated on both faces by hot dip process.It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process,the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating bath containing molten zinc to make a galvanized steel plate. After coming out of the bath, it is immediately heated to about 500°C to generate zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

For hot dip galvanized coil, the sheet steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a sheet of zinc coated on its surface.It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc melting bath to make galvanized steel plate. It has corrosion resistance, painting, formability and spot welding.
